Blocks of rooms have been reserved at the first two hotels shown below. Meeting attendees should make their own reservations directly using the meeting name as indicated. Room rates do not include state and local tax, which is currently 12.45% in Boston and Cambridge and 9.7% in Brookline. You will need to guarantee your reservation with a credit card. Blocks of rooms will be held only until April 13, 2008 at the Hyatt Regency Cambridge and until April 1, 2008 at the Howard Johnson Fenway Park.
