Generally, posters will be expected to be put up 10 minutes prior to your scheduled poster session. Because of the tight scheduling of the poster sessions, it will also be expected that you remove your poster at the end of your scheduled session. Poster number assignments will be available in the poster room on the day of the session.

The 4-foot by 3-foot poster boards will stand alone on an easel. Your poster materials may not extend beyond the display area. Push pins will be provided for mounting. Tape or spray adhesives may not be used directly on the poster boards.
