I have finished my PhD at the Cognitive and Neural Systems Department in 2004
and graduated in 2005.
My research advisors were Stephen Grossberg and Ennio Mingolla.
I am currently at the Krasnow Institute
working at the Center for Neural Dynamics on mechanisms of electric field control of neural circuits
Krasnow is a part of George Mason University .
Just in case someone still does not know where we are hint , here is the map
At CNS I was working on two projects:
- Models of motion perception and
- Perception of gloss
Frequently, we use illusions to probe perceptual mechanisms.
Check this collection of many visual illusions.
Boston is a great scientific community. There are multiple talks and seminars.
Some of vision-related are listed below (in the order of separation from CNS)
